Increasingly complex repair processes with little security require extensive training for employees. In addition, the repair processes are insufficiently documented for the customer. Also, the risk of excessive assistance with common worker support systems must be taken into account.
By securing and documenting critical processes and by providing appropriate assistance and training to employees during the process, errors are increasingly being avoided. Also, a flexible preparation of the work plan in case of simultaneously variable-dependent process sequences can be guaranteed.
A worker assistance platform for cognitive support and training during the repair process, camera systems for recording the current status of the component to be repaired and “intelligent gloves” for guiding the worker during the process steps are used.
The intelligent worker assistance is used for module or component suppliers, as well as in the automotive supply industry. It is also transferable to complex and manual assembly processes of various kinds.
